CCHS has become a part of the CEP (Community Eligibility Provision), which is an alternative way to serve universal free breakfast and lunch to all students in high poverty LEAS and schools.

This program requires schools to offer breakfast and lunch but allows schools to count and claim meals without the normal free/reduced application process.  Schools no longer collect Free/Reduced lunch forms to determine eligibility for free meals..

Advantages:  All students receive a free breakfast and lunch......Eliminates overt identification issues for students.......Improves nutrition to children at risk...... Reduces paperwork at the school district level......Simplifies meal counting and counting......Provides potential labor savings...Increases breakfast and lunch participation ....Teacher/Lunch/$4.00...Teacher/Breakfast/$2.50/....Extras/Entrees....vegetables, fruit, fruit juice, chips, bread sticks varies, Entrees are mostly $1.50.   Smart Mouth Pizza, $3.00
