Spring Practice Tryouts

Dates: TBA
The first three days will be drills and evaluations. The last two days will be simulated games.
Time: 4:00 pm
Location: Packer Park Soccer Practice Fields

Requirements to Participate:

• Student must be eligible by CCHS and GHSA standards for grades, attendance and behavior
• Students must have a completed current physical
• Students must have completed the following prior to tryouts:  Permission to Participate form, Concussion Awareness Form, and Sudden Cardiac Awareness form (See Forms and Documents)
• Student dress requirement:
• All students will need a set of tennis shoes
• Shorts or Joggers 
• Shirts (long or short sleeved) that cover the midriff
• All clothing needs to be CCHS colors: black, gold, white, grey
