This site is an easy way to find books based on your Lexile measure and interests. Books are suggested based on your Lexile score or a series of questions. We may or may not have the books in our media center.

Literary Reference Center is part of GALILEO and so if you use it at home, you will need the password. Literary Reference Center includes information about the most studied authors and works, has biographies of authors, eBooks of some classics and also offers reserach and citation guides as well as a Literary Glossary (so you can figure out what your teacher means with terms like "Ethos" and "Pathos".

NoveListPlus is also part of GALILEO and provides reading recommendations, information about books and authors, reviews, series, articles, lists and more.

abookandahug is a site to help you search for books by category, keyword, author, awards the book has won, and other strategies. You can take a quiz to find you reader personality type to help you choose a book, though of course, you can read any type of book.
