MOULTRIE, GEORGIA – August 21, 2025
Colquitt County School District has a focus on learning not just for students but for staff as well. The district provides opportunities locally during the year for professional learning and growth by bringing in speakers, providing district-level training, and working with the local Regional Educational Services Agency (RESA) in many areas. Employees are also encouraged to seek learning opportunities across the state. Over the 2024-2025 school year, various school and district office employees completed programs that developed their leadership, policy development, and teacher support skills.
The individuals listed below spent time each month attending training in person and virtually for the entire school year. They completed individual projects and research on various leadership and education topics and applied what they learned to their daily jobs.
Superintendent Dan Chappuis shared, "I am very proud of our team and their commitment to continual growth and improvement in leadership. Their dedication is a reflection of our commitment to excellence for every one and everyone in the district. Investment in our leaders is an investment in the success of every student in the district."
