- The canning plant began full-time operation on May 27th. We will be open from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM by appointment only. There will be no appointments after 1:00 PM.
- The canning plant will operate 5 days a week and on the following Saturdays: June 14, 21, & 28. We will be closed on the following dates: June 2, June 6, July 4, July 5, July 14, July 15 and July 16.
- The canning plant will be open through July 18th (exceptions possible depending on the availability of produce).
- We are still operating on an appointment-only basis. PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW NUMBER!! Customers will be required to make appointments by calling 229-890-6292 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday OR via our Facebook Page. If we do not answer the phone, please leave your name and number so we can return your call. If possible, please consider making an appointment multiple days in advance to ensure space on the schedule. If only dropping off pre-filled jars to be processed, an appointment is not necessary, but please call ahead.
- We encourage customers to do as much prep work as possible before coming to the canning plant. (ex. Snap green beans in advance, shuck corn at home, wash jars before coming in, fill jars before coming in, etc.) We look forward to seeing everyone this summer!
