At C.A. Gray Junior High School, our students develop leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills through clubs and extracurricular activities.

All about FBLA: The purpose of the Future Business Leaders of America is to develop career supportive competencies and to promote civic and personal responsibility. Our members participate in region and state competitions, school and community projects, and social activities.

All about FCA: Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a non-curricular club that provides students with a setting for spiritual growth, good Christian fellowship, and an opportunity to serve others.

All about LEO Club: Leo clubs encourage youths to develop leadership qualities by participating in social service activities.. Leo club members are addressed as "Leos." They conduct various projects in the fields of health care, elders, children, disabled people, literacy and education, and self-development. Leos can raise funds by conducting fund-raising projects. They can conduct projects with another Leo club, sponsoring Lions club, or with an outside organization. Our Leo club is sponsored by the Moultrie Lions club. Service projects include collecting tabs for the Ronald McDonald House, glasses for the Georgia Lighthouse, Lego kits for pediatric cancer patients and many more. Our Leos are often found assisting our Lions Club members in the concession stand at our home football games.
Come together with a diverse group of students to learn about Hispanic holidays, experience traditional foods, create authentic crafts, practice dancing, and listen to music.

All about FFA: FFA is an organization for students enrolled in Vocational Agriculture. Its purpose is the development of rural leadership, cooperation, and citizenship. FFA is an integral part of the Vocational Agriculture classes, and members must be enrolled in a Vocational Agriculture class one semester per year.

All about HOSA: HOSA stands for Future Health Professionals and its goal is to stimulate interest in pursuing a career in Healthcare. Students are afforded a wide variety of personal, professional, and leadership development opportunities as members of the organization. The mission of HOSA is to develop the leadership potential in each student through real world projects, applied learning, and community service.

All about L.A.D.I.E.S Club: L.A.D.I.E.S. of C.A. Gray empowers young women in Junior High School to achieve emotional and economic awareness and sufficiency by graduating from high school and eventually becoming college graduates. L.A.D.I.E.S. of C.A. Gray provides programming and mentoring to develop character, leadership, self-confidence, and social consciousness, including the desire and ability to mentor others. Participants are committed to acquiring the skills at the Junior High level needed for graduating from high school, and developing the academic and emotional skills necessary for future success. Participants plan for college by attending college tours, working on practice applications and essays with L.A.D.I.E.S. mentors, and improving their academic performance.
The Gentlemen’s Club will help students navigate through the journey of junior high school and beyond by mentoring, and instilling leadership skills, building confidence, improving self-esteem, empowering, and uplifting our young men.
All about the Yearbook Staff: The Yearbook staff is a limited group of students responsible for putting together the yearbook for the school year. It is imperative to have a strong group working together and delegating tasks to each person's particular strengths. The yearbook staff is responsible for taking all candid photos and covering events throughout the school year. The staff is also in charge of the sales and promotion of the yearbook. Meetings are held during 2nd club rotation time and sometimes after school. The yearbook sponsors are Mrs. Lawhorn and Coach Shealey.
Founded in 1984, Science Olympiad is the premier team STEM competition in the nation, providing standards-based challenges to 6,600 teams at 425 tournaments in all 50 states.

Overview: El Mercadito Club is a club for students that want to create something useful during club time! Students form their own groups and make decisions about what projects they want to participate in and then bring the supplies to create.
Mission: Establish trust, common objectives, create a feeling of belonging, involve members in decision-making, seek understanding between the parties, promote communication, take advantage of diversity, favor mutual commitment and shared responsibility for the development of projects
Statement: Our mission is to educate, practice good communication, develop skills, coordination, trust, and commitment of people working together as a team.
Purpose: El Mercadito Club is a student-centered club focused on building skills and teach that teamwork not only involves the joint completion of tasks, but also the ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and coordinate efforts to achieve objectives.
El Mercadito meets in room G214 with Mrs. Gallardo & Mrs. Nunez.

All about the Chess Club: Chess Club will improve memory and cognitive abilities, strategic thinking and attention improvement. Students will develop self confidence through mock online and in person competition.
