GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS AND DIPLOMA TYPES

Students must have 23 credits to graduate from CCHS. These credits must include certain courses and subjects. Although, most students will ultimately earn more than 23 by the end of their senior year. Requirements are as follows:

• 4 English: 9th Lit and American Lit
• 4 Math: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II
• 4 Science: Biology, Physical Science or Physics, Environmental Science or Chemistry
• 3 Social Studies: World History, US History, Economics and American Government
• 3 CTAE/Fine Arts/ World Language
• 1 PE: Personal Fitness and Health
• 4 Electives

A career pathway are three sequential and related CTAE courses designed to expose students to the skills required for a specific career.
