Colquitt County School District focuses on learning not just for students but for staff as well. The district provides opportunities for professional learning and growth locally during the year by bringing in speakers, offering district-level training, and working with the local Regional Educational Services Agency (RESA) in many areas. Employees are also encouraged to seek learning opportunities across the state. During the 2025-2026 school year, various school and district office employees completed programs that developed their leadership, policy development, and teacher-support skills.
The individuals listed below attended in-person and virtual training each month for the entire school year. They completed individual projects and researched various leadership and education topics, applying what they learned to their daily jobs.
Superintendent Dan Chappuis shared, "The dedication these individuals showed over the past year to hone their leadership abilities, expand their expertise, and bring best practices back to Colquitt County reflects our continuous commitment to excellence across the district. We are extremely proud of their accomplishment and the positive impact their efforts will continue to have on our entire school community."
